Peter “Draws” Deligdisch uses art to process and digest the many aspects of life that both delight and annoy him. The shapes, patterns, textures, and colors he uses are all drawn from the world around him, and his art-making process is crucial for his own mental and emotional well-being. Legend says that if he stopped making art, he might actually explode in a gory splash.
Peter has been a full-time artist since 2014, publishing 10 books of his own work, including coloring books, graphic novels, compendia and a recent 500-page omnibus.
A large part of Peter’s practice is sharing and documenting his work and process via social media, where he has posted thousands of videos and accumulated over 1 million followers.
1,300+ Videos
Peter has been making videos for almost 2 decades. Most of the videos are art related; time-lapses of him drawing or doodling or sketching. However, there are many detours into other strange obsessions. Wherever his brain leads him, he follows, and tries to document and share it.
