Peter Draws Giveaway Rules

These rules apply to every giveaway run on the Peter Draws YouTube channel (@peter_draws). Each giveaway is announced in a specific video. That video’s description and pinned comment list the prize, the entry deadline, and how to enter.

No purchase necessary. Entering is free. Buying something, subscribing, or liking a video won’t improve your chances.

Who can enter. Anyone 13 or older with a YouTube account. If a winner is under 18, a parent or guardian has to claim the prize for them. Open worldwide, except where prohibited by law or where shipping isn’t possible because of U.S. sanctions. Void where prohibited.

How to enter. Leave a comment on the giveaway video that answers the prompt given in the video, before the deadline listed in the description (Eastern Time). You get one entry per YouTube account. Extra comments don’t add entries, and using multiple accounts disqualifies you.

How winners are picked. After the deadline, winners are drawn at random from all eligible comments using a third-party comment picker tool. The draw may be recorded and shared. Comments that break YouTube’s Community Guidelines, come from spam or bot accounts, or were removed by YouTube’s filters aren’t eligible.

How winners are notified. Winners are announced in a video or Community post, and I’ll reply to their winning comments. To claim, a winner emails giveaway@peterdraws.com within 14 days of the announcement and includes their YouTube username. If a winner doesn’t respond in time, I’ll draw a new winner.

⚠️ Watch out for scams. I will never DM you, message you on Telegram, WhatsApp, or any other app, or ask you to pay anything, including shipping. Any account that replies to your comment saying you won is a scammer. Winners always contact me, at the email above.

Prizes. Each prize is an original drawing by Peter Deligdisch, shipped free of charge. Approximate value: $50 each. Prizes can’t be exchanged for cash. Winners are responsible for any taxes or customs fees in their country. Your odds of winning depend on how many people enter.

Privacy. I only collect personal information from winners: name, email, and shipping address. I use it only to deliver the prize. I don’t sell or share it, and I delete it once the prize has been delivered.

YouTube. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by YouTube or associated with it in any way. By entering, you release YouTube from any liability related to this giveaway.

Other stuff. The giveaway is run by Peter Deligdisch (Peter Draws), Greensboro, North Carolina. I can cancel or change a giveaway if fraud, technical problems, or anything else outside my control affects it. These rules are governed by the laws of North Carolina. Questions: giveaway@peterdraws.com.
